This role will provide all-round knowledge of a well-established fashion label. You will gain valuable skills within fashion, operations and e-commerce.
You will be responsible for
- Picking, packing and dispatching online orders for The Iconic, Shopify and wholesale
- Attend to wholesale enquiries via email and phone
- General upkeep of stock areas
- Assisting with receiving incoming stock
- Assisting with weekly cycle count of stock
- Assisting with processing Iconic and wholesale returns and exchanges
- Preparation of invoices, packing slips and shipping documents
- Maintaining wholesale portal and sending EDMs to boutiques
- Assisting with chasing payments for wholesale orders
- Booking appointments for wholesale showings
The position would suit someone who has
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical skills including Excel
- 2+ years experience in fashion, dispatch, retail or related field
- Experience in Cin7 highly regarded
- Experience Shopify highly regarded
- Experience in Klaviyo highly regarded
- Experience in The Iconic Seller Center highly regarded
- Experience in Adobe Suite highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Able to coordinate with and support our Dispatch Manager and Wholesale Manager.
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated and confident in working autonomously and within a team
